Volunteer with us
Since 1997 Sydney Open has relied on the generosity of volunteers to open the doors to some of Sydney's most outstanding sites. Whether scanning tickets, managing queues or wayfinding, every volunteer contribution brings the event to life and ensures an inspiring visitor experience.
Applications are currently open for site volunteers for Sydney Open 2026. View the role description here.

It’s always a privilege to be involved in such a big event and to promote art, history and architecture to the general public. I enjoy getting to know other volunteers, learning about their reason for volunteering and sharing knowledge.
