363 George Street (George Place)
Two existing office towers and one heritage building crafted into a super lobby and vibrant CBD community
10am–4pm

About the building
George Place, owned by property funds manager ISPT and designed by Fender Katsalidis, is a series of communal spaces, podium facades, pedestrian walkways and a stunning atrium lobby in the heart of the city. Completed in 2018, the ‘super lobby’ transforms the ground plane connecting the commercial office towers at 363 George Street (designed by Denton Corker Marshall in the 1990s) and 345 George Street (the former Landmark Building) and the heritage-listed building at 24 York Street (a former warehouse completed in 1878).
The dynamic and flexible space contains a range of collaborative seating, work and meeting spaces, along with cafes, high-end retail, conference facilities and a wellness centre. Highly crafted and richly detailed, it features textured stone walls, timber coffered ceilings, layered lighting and integrated artworks.
Level 21 of George Place is the new office of CBRE. Designed by Bates Smart and completed in 2025, the office is a sophisticated interplay of form, material and light, and brings together multifunctional spaces to facilitate connection, collaboration and engagement. Sydney Open visitors will be able to view the client and staff social areas, including the guest relations space, business lounge, training rooms and more.
