Parkline Place
An architectural triumph rising 39 storeys above Gadigal Station, marking a bold new chapter in the city’s evolution
10am–4pm

About the building
Parkline Place is a landmark 39-storey tower above Gadigal Station, part of the transformative Pitt Street over-station development and midtown’s first new commercial office tower in more than a decade. One of two unified over-station developments delivered as part of the NSW Government’s Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project, it seamlessly integrates transport, culture and commerce.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the tower blends heritage-inspired bronze tones with contemporary finishes. The bronze-toned facade pays homage to Sydney’s sandstone heritage. Inside, some 49,000 square metres of flexible office workspace and retail are framed by panoramic views of Hyde Park, Sydney Harbour and Town Hall. A soaring triple-height lobby and lush garden terraces offer moments of serenity above the city.
Parkline Place epitomises the shift towards human-centric, sustainable design. Developed and managed by Investa on behalf of Oxford Properties Group and Mitsubishi Estate Asia, the tower reimagines the office as a vibrant destination. Once a quiet corner of the CBD, the site now pulses with energy and connectivity. Featuring panoramic views, garden terraces and premium amenities, the next-generation office building exemplifies the evolving role of the workplace – crafted for collaboration, wellbeing, flexibility and connectivity.
Targeting WELL Platinum and 6 Star Green Star ratings, Parkline Place is net zero in operation: sustainable, connected, and boldly designed to inspire the next generation of city-shapers.
Sydney Open visitors will have the opportunity to visit the Foster + Partners Civic Vision on the level 2 mezzanine level – the first comprehensive exhibition of their work to be held in Australia.
